Shamanic Breathwork — group ceremony

Over dit evenement

How would you feel — if you were completely free?

There is no longer any pain or discomfort. Your body feels vibrantly alive.
Yet at the same time, you are grounded and at ease.
Your mind is blooming with clarity, completely still — without a worry in the world.

You look around and a feeling of freedom comes over you. You no longer see any limitations or restrictions. With nothing holding you back, you can finally move freely through the world.

A familiar warmth is spreading through your body. As if a distant memory, of a time when this was all completely natural, is slowly coming back.

Curiosity and excitement start to grow, your momentum is rising. You feel powerful, ready to face whatever will come your way.

Deeply connected to yourself — and to the world around you,
you feel that you are exactly where you need to be.

Embark with eight like-minded souls on a sacred journey into your own inner world. Here you will find a place outside of your fast-paced daily life — where you can reconnect to your body and calm your mind. Where you can drop into the stillness within, so the seemingly hidden layers of yourself can come alive.

What emotions long to be felt? What limiting beliefs are waiting to be released? What part of yourself — that is lingering in the shadows, is ready to be seen?

We will use the breath to transmute stagnation into movement, contraction into expansion, and resistance into surrender.

We will connect to the energies around us — and to Source within us. A sacred ceremonial space is created where you can let go of the old and step into the new. A space that will facilitate healing, exactly where you need it most.

Welcome to a new group ceremony of Shamanic Breathwork.
