Over dit evenement
📅 September 6th · 3:00–5:00 pm
📍 Osmos Studio, Amsterdam
🌱 Small, intimate group
A no-talking evening of guided movement, play, breath, and stillness. Inspired by Somatics, Biodanza, and Movement therapy. You leave feeling more regulated, alive in your body and equipped with somatic tools to walk into the unknown.

How do I walk when I don't know what's going to happen?
How much do I control my environment just to feel safe?
How is fear stopping me from becoming who I want to be?
We won't answer these by reading another book or listening to another podcast. We'll answer them by giving your body room to respond — through breath, movement, and stillness, together but without needing to explain anything to anyone.
There's a moment before every real decision — should I quit? Is this the right partner? Am I ready to change? — where the outcome is unknown, and nobody can promise you it'll be okay. In that moment, your nervous system does exactly what it's built to do: reads the unfamiliar as unsafe, and pulls you back toward whatever it already recognizes — even a life that's stopped fitting.
You can't think your way out of that. It has to be felt.

The format:
15:00-15:15 --> Arrival and landing in the space
15:15:15:45 --> Warm-up playful games to meet the group
15:45:16:45 --> Deeper guided practice to give space to our emotions and how to deal with them.
16:45: 17:00 --> Then back together, and we close as a group.
120 minutes, no talking, grounding, playful exercises.
---
What we agree on:
Nothing about you needs fixing; everything here is an invitation, and you can opt out and watch.
There's a full solo version of everything, always, no explaining required.
What's shared in the room stays in the room.
You're the only authority on your own experience.
Silence is a complete answer. You don't owe anyone eye contact, small talk, or performance.
---
What to bring:
Comfortable clothes you can move and sit on the floor in.
Water.
Notebook if you wanna write things down.
---
Questions people usually have:
Can I come if I do not want to interact with others?
Yes. Every stage has a full solo version; wrap yourself, move through it alone, at your own pace. Nobody asks why.
I don't know anyone else coming, is that a problem?
Most people come alone; if you'd rather not, bring a friend.
Do I need dance or movement experience?
None. This isn't performance, and there's no "right" way to move. If you can walk, you can do this.
