Hello beautiful woman!

On the 28th of August we will come together in sisterhood, on the evening of the sturgeon full moon.
We will take time to reflect, move, connect deeper with ourselves and each other, meditate and share the beautiful medicine of cacao.
Let's end this month, and start the next new month and season intentionally and from the heart.

The exact location will be announced soon. It will be in Almere Haven, either on the beach, or on location inside.

This gathering will be held by:
Lindsay Mackintosh /The Shift

Lindsay is a yoga teacher and facilitator who guides people in classes, workshops, ceremonies, and retreats.

Her work weaves together yogic, somatic, tantric, and therapeutic practices, creating a space for people to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and explore their inner world.

With a calm, intuitive and playful presence, she supports others in listening more deeply to themselves and their inner world, and to move towards a more authentic, embodied, and truthful way of living.

The event will be on donation. So you can pay what you want/can.
And the circle will be in Dutch or English depending who is there.
