The seed in bloom retreat

Over dit evenement

This edition, The Seed in Bloom, is an invitation to create the nourishing soil for your creativity to flower and bloom 🌸

We’ll gather from 10–13 September at Quinta da Dourada, a beautiful rural family estate in the heart of Serra de S. Mamede natural park in Portalegre, surrounded by lush forests, open fields, and waterfalls.

Over the weekend, we’ll offer yoga, meditations, cacao circles, creative workshops, nature walks balanced with quiet mornings and precious time to simply be. This retreat is an invitation to soften and connect to your inner creativity - a life force that rests within all of us.

This retreat is for you if you’re longing to slow down, nourish your body with movement and wholesome meals, connect with like-minded women, and create space for reflection and self-expression.

If you’re curious, have any questions or want to meet the hosts, you can send us an email to theseedretreats@gmail.com

We‘d love to welcome you at the Quinta.
