Tijdens deze bijzondere middag combineren we de zachte, hart openende werking van 100% pure ceremoniële cacao uit Ecuador, met de vrijheid van Ecstatic Dance. Al eeuwenlang wordt cacao gebruikt om meer verbinding te voelen met jezelf, terwijl intuïtieve beweging helpt om spanning los te laten en uit je hoofd weer in je lichaam te komen.

Er is geen goed of fout. Je hoeft niet te kunnen dansen. Je hoeft alleen te bewegen zoals jouw lichaam dat op dat moment nodig heeft. Ervaring is niet nodig, alleen een open houding en de nieuwsgierigheid om deze bijzondere ervaring te ontdekken.

Door muziek, beweging en momenten van reflectie ontstaat ruimte voor rust, helderheid en nieuwe inzichten. Veel deelnemers ervaren na afloop meer ontspanning, een lichter gevoel en een diepere verbinding met zichzelf.

De ceremonie wordt begeleid door Kelly. Na tien jaar in Nicaragua, waar zij samen met Remy een yoga- en retreat center runde en meer dan 100 retreats en ceremonies begeleidde, brengt zij haar ervaring nu naar Nederland. Met haar warme en veilige begeleiding creëert ze een omgeving waarin je volledig mag ontspannen en jezelf mag zijn.

During this special afternoon, we combine the gentle, heart-opening effects of 100% pure ceremonial cacao from Ecuador with the freedom of Ecstatic Dance. There is no right or wrong way to do this. You don’t need to know how to dance. Simply move in the way your body needs in that moment. No experience is required, only an open mind and curiosity to explore this unique experience.

Through music, movement, and moments of reflection, space is created for calm, clarity, and new insights. Many participants leave feeling more relaxed, lighter, and more deeply connected to themselves.

The ceremony is guided by Kelly. After spending ten years in Nicaragua, where she and Remy ran a yoga and retreat center and facilitated more than 100 retreats and ceremonies, she now brings her experience to the Netherlands. Through her warm and safe guidance, she creates an environment where you can fully relax and simply be yourself.
