We don’t live in a vacuum. We belong to a family system. Just as we inherit our eye color or a grandfather’s talent, we also inherit the unspoken burdens, silent grief, and survival patterns of those who came before us.
When these hidden loyalties run our subconscious, we stay stuck. Family Constellations show you the map of what is actually going on beneath the surface.

What to Expect
In the grounding environment of nature, we will bring these invisible dynamics into light. You don’t need to know how it works, and you don’t need any experience. You can participate in two ways:

As an Issue Holder: Bring a specific challenge you want to look at a relationship block, a repeating pattern, a physical symptom, or a heavy emotion.

As a Representative: Step into the energetic field to represent elements of other people's systems. This role often brings profound, unexpected insights into your own life.

We will start with short exercises in pairs, followed by one or two full deep dive constellations.

Whether you come with a burning personal question as an issue holder, or you come to serve the space as a representative, the field will touch you. Every role you play is a mirror for your own healing.

Come with an open heart. The rest will unfold on the grass.

Important!!!! We will meet on the bridge towards the restaurant entrance, we will not stay there.
Bring a bottle of water and something to seat on yoga mat.
Time: 3hours max

Constellations can help you explore:

*Unconscious family dynamics; hidden entanglements, inherited burdens, or patterns.
*Relationship issues; toxic dynamics in family or friendships. Jealousy, resentments, injustices, fear of commitment, or abandonment.
*Understanding LOVE language that we inherited from our parents.
*Money blocks: Explore patterns of scarcity, fear of receiving, anxiety surrounding finances, the feeling that money avoids you, or the belief that money is inherently dirty.
*Repeating patterns; break free from feeling stuck in cyclical behaviours in work or personal relationships, such as feeling voiceless, unseen, an outsider, or being taken advantage of.
*Relationships with power, sexuality, intimacy, why is it blocked or toxic or full of anxiety.
*Understanding fear of dying, discovering the reasons for depression.
*Victim-perpetrator dynamics.
*Navigating significant life decisions.
*Bounderies: Why is it hard to say no? Why is it hard to receive?
*Getting in touch with suppressed emotions. When we are stuck in our head emotions don't flow.
*Karmic issues and past life resolutions.
*Physical issues.
