In these online introductory workshops, you will be guided into a direct experience of Core Energetics through grounding, breath, movement, awareness and emotional presence. Rather than only learning about the method, you will have the opportunity to experience how body, psyche, emotions and energy are deeply interconnected.

These workshops offer an opportunity to connect more deeply with your body and soul, and to meet like-minded people who are seeking a fuller experience of life. You are warmly welcome to join one of the evenings, or all three!

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞:

- Connecting with the body as a source of awareness, vitality and inner truth
- Discovering the relationship between body, psyche, emotions and energy
- Experiencing how grounding, breath and movement can support presence and transformation
- Understanding how the body can be included in the therapeutic process

The workshop will last 1.5 hours.

Afterwards, you are welcome to leave the meeting, or stay on to learn more about the training opportunities at NICE, including the Professional Training and the Transformation Training.
