This is for you if you are expecting a baby and feel that standard birth preparation is missing a deeper layer. If you want to move beyond just tracking contractions and medical checklists, and instead want to truly connect with your inner strength, your body, and the little soul you are carrying, you are in the right place.

The Labyrinth of Birth is an intimate, live online three-module course guided by Vera and Catarina that prepares you for birth from the inside out.
In Module One, we dive into the physical and emotional landscapes of labor, using the metaphor of the labyrinth to help you navigate the twists, turns, and surrendering of birth.
In Module Two, we look through your baby’s eyes to explore the physical stages of birth from the baby’s perspective. Finally, in Module Three, we turn the lens inward to explore your own birth story to unpack and integrate your own early imprints.

When you understand the landscape of labor, learn the exact movements your baby is making to meet you, and consciously process your own beginnings, the fear of the unknown melts away.

You step into birth not just prepared, but deeply connected and ready to welcome your baby with absolute presence.

This is a deeply personal, live online experience held in a highly supportive digital space.

For Module One and Module Two, you will journey alongside a small, dedicated group of just three couples, allowing for rich connection and shared wisdom from the comfort of your own home. 12 - 13 September - these two sessions will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon.

For Module Three, the experience becomes completely private. It will be just you, your partner, and us, creating a safe, live online holding space to gently explore and integrate your individual story at your own pace.
