Stembevrijding Special: Spelen met je Stem & je (innerlijke) kind

Als mensen vragen wat stembevrijding is, dan neem ik vaak het kind als voorbeeld.
Kinderen zijn nog zo puur en uiten volledig wat er in hun zit. Boosheid, verdriet, blijheid, ze houden zich niet in. Voor mij zijn ze een groot voorbeeld. Het lijkt mij dan ook prachtig om een aantal stembevrijding sessies te geven waarbij we deze mini-guru’s ook verwelkomen.

Daarnaast leven wij in een maatschappij waar kinderen vaak niet welkom zijn bij workshops, dus het lijkt mij mooi om dat hier wel mogelijk te maken.

De ochtenden staan in het teken van speelsheid. Spelen met je stem, gewoon lekker geluid geven en kijken wat eruit komt.

Drie ochtenden om geluid te geven aan wat er in jouw leeft, te verbinden met elkaar en ook gewoon even lekker te spelen.

When people ask me what voice liberation is, I often refer to children.
They are still so close to their essence — expressing exactly what lives inside them. Joy, anger, sadness, excitement… nothing is held back. To me, they are powerful little teachers.
That’s why I’m excited to offer a series of voice liberation mornings where we also welcome these mini-gurus into the space.

We live in a world where children are often not included in workshops. Here, we do things differently. This is a space where they are not only welcome, but valued as part of the experience.

These mornings are all about play — exploring your voice, making sound freely, and discovering what wants to move through you when you stop holding back.

Three uplifting mornings to reconnect with your voice, your body, and your inner playfulness. To express what’s inside, to connect with others, and to simply enjoy creating sound together.

Feeling like your life could use more playfulness? You’re warmly invited.

And yes — you are absolutely welcome without a child too!
