An evening of Cacao, Yin Yoga and a Live Sound Journey ♥︎

Join us for a nourishing evening designed to help you slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself. Guided by the medicine of Cacao, Yin Yoga and sound, we create space for deep rest, reflection and renewal.

We begin with a heart opening Cacao Ceremony, inspired by ancient traditions. This beautiful ritual invites you to connect inward, open your heart and set intentions for the evening ahead.

Following the ceremony, Melissa will guide you through a deeply restorative Yin Yoga practice. Through long held, nourishing postures, the body is invited to gently release physical and emotional tension, creating space for softness, stillness and ease.

As you settle into this openness, Felix will carry you through a live Sound Journey. The soothing vibrations and frequencies help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and guide you into a state of deep relaxation and presence.

Together, cacao, Yin Yoga and sound create a beautiful invitation to slow down, receive and come home to yourself.
