∞︎︎ WHAT TO EXPECT:
In an intimate, respectful, and relaxed setting, you’ll be guided through the foundations of tantric massage—combining breath, awareness, communication, and loving touch.
Tantric massage teaches you the art of presence, sensuality, connection and lifeforce energy.
You'll learn the basics of tantric touch, gentle dearmouring and massage techniques.
You'll learn to connect to the source of your lifeforce energy and how to move the energy through your body.
At the end of the day you'll be able to give your partner a full body massage, including a yoni and lingam (genital) massage/healing if you wish to.
Sophia creates a discrete, sacred space for you to explore this type of touch and connection entirely in your own pace, respecting your and your partners desires and boundaries.
∞︎︎ WHO THIS IS FOR:
This day is for the couples longing to enrich their intimacy and lovemaking, build trust and experience a new level of connection through presence and touch.
For those with a curiosity, openmindedness and willigness to explore together.
This is an exploration of presence, giving, receiving and connecting deeper to yourself and your partner. Come with a willingness to be present and respect boundaries.
You don't need to be highly experienced in tantra or embodiment spaces. This day however does require a certain level of comfort around embodiment, nakedness, sexuality and spirituality.
∞︎︎ IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
* You will only be practicing with your partner
* You will learn a full body massage, including the pelvic area if you choose to. You will only practice with your partner and are focused on each ohter. The level of nakedness you'd like when receiving the massage is up to you. Please be aware that there will be nakedness during the demo's and from other couples in this setting, so it does require a certain level of openness around that.
- You are always encouraged to follow your own pace and boundaries, and everything suggested during the program is an invitation that you can choose to follow or not
- There will be no sexual acts taking place during the workshop. Intimacy and healing touch to and from your partner however, is part of the experience.
- Sophia and her team create a warm, grounded and welcoming space for you to gently open up and deepen into the experience.

* This is not an erotic group experience
* This is NOT a training to become a professional tantric masseur/masseuse, what you learn is for your private life
* There is no partner swapping or interaction with other participants
* This is not about performance, pressure, or “doing it right”
* You will always be invited to honor your own boundaries, pace and comfort level
* Even though healing happens and emotions can come up during the day (and are welcomed), this is not a space to work through deep (sexual) trauma's. I offer 1-1 sessions for this deeper work, if you would like support in that you can send me a message.

∞︎︎ WAT JE KUNT VERWACHTEN:
In een intieme, respectvolle en ontspannen setting word je begeleid in de basis van tantrische massage — een combinatie van ademhaling, bewustzijn, communicatie en liefdevolle aanraking.
Tantrische massage leert je de kunst van aanwezigheid, sensualiteit, verbinding en levensenergie.
Je leert de basis van tantrische aanraking, zachte dearmouring en massagetechnieken.
Je leert verbinding te maken met de bron van je levensenergie en hoe je deze energie door je lichaam kunt laten stromen.
Aan het einde van de dag ben je in staat om je partner een volledige lichaamsmassage te geven, inclusief een (optionele) yoni- en lingam-massage/healing.
Sophia creëert een discrete en veilige ruimte waarin jullie dit soort aanraking en verbinding in jullie eigen tempo kunnen verkennen, met respect voor jullie verlangens en grenzen.
∞︎︎ VOOR WIE IS DEZE DAG?
Deze dag is voor koppels die de intimiteit, seksualiteit en liefdesleven willen verdiepen, vertrouwen willen opbouwen en een nieuw niveau van verbinding willen ervaren door aanwezigheid en aanraking.
Voor mensen met nieuwsgierigheid, een open mindset en de bereidheid om samen te ontdekken.
Dit is een uitnodiging om in aanwezigheid te geven, te ontvangen en dieper in verbinding te komen met jezelf en je partner.
Je hoeft geen uitgebreide ervaring te hebben met tantra of lichaamswerk. Wel vraagt deze dag om een zekere mate van comfort rondom lichaamsbewustzijn, naaktheid, seksualiteit en spiritualiteit.
∞︎︎ BELANGRIJK OM TE WETEN:
* Jullie oefenen uitsluitend met je eigen partner
* We werken met volledige lichaamsmassage, inclusief, als jullie daarvoor kiezen, het bekkengebied. Je werkt alleen met je partner en bent op elkaar gericht. De mate van naaktheid die je wil in het ontvangen van de massage bepaal je zelf. Wees je er wel van bewust dat er naaktheid plaats vindt in de demo's en in de groepssetting, dit vraagt dus om een bepaalde mate van openheid op dat gebied.
* Je wordt altijd aangemoedigd om je eigen tempo en grenzen te volgen. Alles wat tijdens het programma wordt aangeboden is een uitnodiging waar je wel of niet op in kunt gaan
* Er vinden geen seksuele handelingen plaats tijdens de workshop. Intimiteit en helende aanraking tussen jou en je partner maken wel deel uit van de ervaring
* Sophia en haar team creëren een warme, gegronde en uitnodigende ruimte waarin jullie je op een zachte manier kunnen openen en verdiepen in de ervaring

* Dit is geen erotische groepservaring
* Dit is GEEN professionele tantrische massage training, wat je leert is voor je privéleven
* Er is geen partnerwisseling of interactie met andere deelnemers
* Het draait niet om presteren, druk of “het goed doen”
* Je wordt altijd uitgenodigd om je eigen grenzen, tempo en comfortniveau te respecteren
* Hoewel heling kan plaatsvinden en er ook emoties los kunnen komen (en dat welkom is) is dit niet de plek om diepe (seksuele) trauma's uit te werken. Daar biedt ik 1-1 sessies aan, mocht je daar behoefte aan hebben kan je mij een berichtje sturen.
Alles wat we doen is gebaseerd op consent, respect, veiligheid en heldere communicatie.

ABOUT SOPHIA:
Sophia's work is rooted in over a decade of learning and practicing bodywork and energyhealing modalities from different traditions from all over the world, learned during many years of travels.
She has been offering 1-1 and groupspaces for people to deepen their connection to their bodies and their lifeforce energy, and to liberate that which has been suppressed, blocked or hurt along the way - so that you can live a more free, aligned and alive life. The work is about embracing all parts of our humanity, including our bodies and our sexuality.
She offers 1-1 therapeutic tantric bodywork and pelvic release sessions and works with couples helping them to deepen their intimacy and connection, and also offers groupworkshops for people to explore conscious, embodied connection and relating.
