The Inner Sacred Journey

with Magic Truffles

There are parts of you that have been waiting to be seen.
Not fixed. Not analysed. Just met — with presence, with depth, and with care.
I work with plant medicine from my own lived path — not as a concept, but as something I have walked, integrated, and continue to grow with. I hold these journeys in small, intimate settings, so there is real presence and space for each person who is there.

What this journey can offer you
An inner journey with magic truffles can support you in connecting with your deeper inner wisdom — getting to the heart of a question or challenge, or gathering insight about where you stand in your life right now.
It can help you arrive at deeper feelings that are asking to be felt, so you can move forward afterwards with a lighter heart. It can also bring you to lighter feelings — to pleasure — leaving an imprint and a memory you carry with you into your life beyond the journey.
The medicine moves naturally through resistance, assumptions and judgments — helping you arrive at what truly matters to you right now. It can offer insight into patterns that no longer serve you, and deeper contact with the parts of yourself that haven't yet been seen.

How this ceremony is structured
If we don't know each other yet, we begin with a short introductory conversation right before your registration — so we can both sense together whether this is the right moment for you, and whether I'm the right guide for your journey.
On the day itself, we create a shared field together, with the presence of everyone there. We work with a earth medicine in a carefully held container — with music, guidance, and space for whatever wants to arise.
Bring comfortable clothing and a few layers — you may feel colder or warmer than usual. There is tea and light snacks. We close with some singing, or sometimes a moment of dance depending on the energy.

Preparation
For two days before the ceremony: avoid heavy meals, alcohol, meat, sugar, coffee and black tea where possible. This allows your body to be as receptive as possible to the medicine. On the morning itself: a light breakfast only.

After the journey
A week later, we have an online check-in to see whether you have what you need for integration. Depending on what arose during your journey, individual coaching sessions, a breathwork & meditation day, or a family constellation day can offer further support.
