Journey Into the Hips — Deep Hip Opening Workshop

In this immersive workshop, we explore the structure, mobility and intelligence of the hips.
You’ll learn how the hips actually move, where tension tends to accumulate, and how to safely create space in this complex area of the body.

In this 2-hour workshop we explore the hips through both understanding and practice. We'll look at the anatomy of the hip joint, how stretching actually works, and how the nervous system influences flexibility.

Through experiential exercises and a progressive hip-opening yoga practice, you'll learn how to create more mobility while maintaining stability and support in the body.

Suitable for all levels, this workshop combines knowledge, movement, and relaxation to help you develop a more effective and sustainable approach to hip opening.

Includes: anatomy, the science of stretching, stretch reflex demonstrations, hip-opening yoga practice, relaxation, and Q&A.
