Welcome to this Women’s Constellation Evening on Intimacy

How authentically are you showing up in your life?
Can you let life fully in?
Can you allow yourself to be truly seen?
Can you receive the support of other women?

During this evening, we will explore the theme of intimacy in the broadest sense. Intimacy with life, with friendships, romantic relationships, family, yourself, and with your truth.

From a systemic perspective, our capacity for intimate relationships and connection is often deeply connected to our earliest experiences of bonding and attachment, for most especially with the relationship with our mother. The extent to which we are able to accept our mother as she is can also influence how deeply we allow ourselves to receive from life and feel worthy of love, support, and abundance.

On this evening there will be space to explore this relationship with your mother (Or maybe even further down the female ancestral line) and how it might relate to other areas in your life. The theme of intimacy is broad and I invite you to bring in what is alive for within this topic.

Combining Sharing, Bodywork & Constellations, we work intuitively with what arises from the field in a small group setting. A space for the wisdom, intuition and intimacy (!) that can emerge when we no longer carry things alone.

A family constellation is a tool that helps make underlying dynamics visible. It can offer insight into emotions, relational patterns, and inherited dynamics that may still be shaping the way you relate to yourself and others.
