Afterwards, I will guide you into a deep state of relaxation with a Gong Bath as we continue the journey together.

The vibrations and sound frequencies of the gong can help calm the nervous system, release tension held in the body and create space for deep rest and inner balance.

A moment to simply lie down, receive and allow the body and mind to restore.
