This workshop is suitable for participants with experience in meditation and breathwork, as well as for participants who are new and wants to learn and experience more about conscious breathwork and shamanism.

Everyone is welcome.

What is Ecstatic Breathwork?
This simple yet powerful breathwork technique uses nothing more than the conscious breath to enter deep trance. Through this process, we can step into our true essence, bringing healing to our lives, while awakening the wisdom and potential that is within us.

The word “ekstasis” comes from the ancient Greek and means “to stand outside of oneself”. It has also come to mean ”rapture“ or ”ecstasy”. This may imply that when we are too embedded in our Ego perspective, we can neither see ourselves fully nor experience pure joy.

This breathwork process is accompanied by evocative music and shamanic practices in order to create a safe and sacred space.

Benefits of Ecstatic Breathwork:
- Relaxation and emotional peace…
- A balance between body, mind, emotions and spirit…
- Deep meditation without complicated “concentration techniques”…
- Insight and inspiration beyond the Ego, allowing broader vision…
- Access to a personal Soul (& Divine) perspective of self and life.
