Deep Journey — Cacao, Breathwork, Sound & Connection

A guided evening in three parts. Weaved into a nourishing and expansive experience of cac ao, connection, sound, scents, connection and live music.

Three facilitators coming together — each bringing their craft — to create one continuous journey.

This is a space to connect deeply with yourself, drop into your body, and move through an intentional inner journey — held by music, breath, and presence.

We weave in a few gentle moments of connection with others, so you’re not just in your own process, but also part of something shared — while the focus stays inward.

The journey

Part 1 — Cacao & Connection
We begin with cacao and simple connection exercises.
To land. To soften. To arrive in your body and in the space.

Part 2 — Breathwork & Sound Journey
Breathwork to open the body, followed by a guided inner sound journey with scent, music, and layered sound.
Eyes closed, attention in. You choose your depth.

Part 3 — Live Sound
Live sound healing to integrate.
Lie down, move, sound, or stay still. Let the body respond in its own way.
