Growing Awareness Through Touch Connection

Over dit evenement

How do we truly connect — with ourselves and with others?

In this workshop, we explore connection through mindful touch, presence, and embodied awareness.

Pedro & Joost guide you through a series of playful yet focused exercises, blending elements of Zen, Shiatsu, and Aikido.

With a beginner’s mind and an open, non-judgmental attitude, we create a safe space to explore:
• connection through the body
• giving and receiving touch
• trust, boundaries, and awareness
• being present with what is

We also take time for shared reflection on themes such as unconditional presence and ethical touch.

This workshop is part of a series in April & May, each session exploring a different theme: safety, listening, and connection. All workshops can be booked individually.

Come as you are — no prior experience needed.
