Growing Awareness Through Touch LISTENING

Over dit evenement

Would you like to deepen your ability to truly listen?

Join us for a unique and gently guided workshop at the Zen Dojo Delft, where we explore the quality of open, non-judgmental listening.

Through a relaxed and experiential approach, you’ll be invited into:
• the here and now
• the field of open awareness
• listening beyond words

We work with practices inspired by Zen, Shiatsu, and Aikido.

Together, we open a circle to reflect on:
– non-judgment
– therapeutic touch
– unconditional regard
– ethical presence in connection

This workshop is part of the Growing Awareness Through Touch series, created by Pedro & Joost — rooted in the intention to reconnect us with ourselves through mindful touch and awareness.

Open to anyone curious about body awareness and personal growth.
