This (first-time on Hipsy) spring edition of Connect with (Y)our Nature is an invitation to feel what wants to emerge and to let the living world around you guide you.

Through breathwork, silence, and shared reflection, you're guided to remember the natural wisdom already moving through you. The trees in the Kralingse Bos have been here long before us. Grounded teachers, if we approach them openly and learn to give them our attention.

Now he creates spaces where others can slow down and reconnect with the living world, and with themselves. His presence is grounded, calm yet curious. He guides from experience, not theory.
