The Fatherhood Circle is a space for dads to connect consciously and grow together. Through deep listening, meditative practice, and authentic relating, we expand our capacity to be more present, loving, and aware.

Whether you are preparing for a new arrival, thinking about becoming a father, or are already deep in the wonderful journey of fatherhood, our sessions offer you a safe place to ground and re-center yourself, connect with other dads, and share your experiences and insights.

During each session, we hold space for each other in an open-hearted way, communicate authentically, and listen deeply, sharing the joys, the discoveries, and the challenges of our journeys. Together, we explore and nourish our inner world to become more fully present, loving, and aware in our lives and relationships.

Everyone is welcome - whether you already are a father, about to become one, or simply wondering whether to embark on this wonderful journey.
