Welcome to this Women’s Constellation Evening - Loss & Creation

As carriers of the womb, we know the cycle of creation, loss and rebirth intimately through our bodies.

We carry untold stories. Stories of love, grief, longing, silence, shame, life force and creation. Some losses are visible to the world, others live quietly within us, often unseen or unspoken. And some creations are longing to be born, and some hidden patterns may still block us unconsciously.

On this evening I invite you to share presence with other women, to hold space for what wants to be expressed and explore what lives underneath the surface. From my experience, having a space to share your story can give so much relief and create space to welcome new imprints. Please note that sharing is an invitation/optional.

A family constellation is a tool that helps make underlying dynamics visible. Constellation work can go deep and is, in my experience, the most powerful when we work with something that is truly alive for you in the moment. Through a constellation we will explore which patterns, emotions, and unseen dynamics might still be hindering you in relation to your question.

Combining Sharing, Bodywork & Constellations, we work intuitively with what arises from the field in a small group setting.

A space for the creativity, intuition and the wisdom that can emerge when we no longer carry things alone.
