A return to your essence

In een wereld waarin we continu ‘aan’ staan, nodigen wij je uit om te vertragen om uit je hoofd te zakken en terug te keren naar je lichaam.

Een plek waar je niet hoeft te presteren, maar mag voelen.
Waar spanning mag loslaten en je systeem weer tot rust komt.

Deze mini retreat is een zorgvuldig opgebouwde, ceremoniële ervaring
waarin je wordt begeleid om spanning, emoties en oude patronen los te laten op een manier die veilig, gedragen en afgestemd is.

Geen standaard sessie, maar een diepe innerlijke reis.


✨ Wat je kunt verwachten

De middag is opgebouwd in drie lagen, die elkaar versterken en verdiepen:

🫖 Blue Lotus Ceremony
We openen de ruimte met een zachte ceremonie en intentiezetting.
Een moment om te landen, te vertragen en je systeem te openen.

🥁 Shamanic Drum Journey
Live drum begeleidt je naar diepere lagen van bewustzijn.
Ritme als toegang tot release, beweging en innerlijke activatie.

🌬️ Deep Trauma Release Breathwork
Een krachtige ademreis waarin opgeslagen spanning en emoties ruimte krijgen om los te laten.
Je lichaam weet precies wat het mag vrijgeven waar jij hoeft alleen te volgen.

Voor jou als je:
• voelt dat je veel in je hoofd zit en verlangt naar verbinding met je lichaam
• spanning of blokkades ervaart die je wilt loslaten

Wij werken bewust met een kleine groep van maximaal 8 deelnemers
om de veiligheid, persoonlijke aandacht en diepgang te waarborgen.


🤍 Integratie

Na afloop is er ruimte voor rust, thee en het delen van ervaringen (optioneel).
Je ontvangt praktische handvatten om de integratie thuis voort te zetten.


⚠️ Contra-indicaties

Deze sessie is niet geschikt bij:
• zwangerschap
• epilepsie
• ernstige hartklachten
• zware psychische instabiliteit

Bij twijfel, neem altijd even contact met ons op.

This mini retreat is a carefully guided ceremonial experience
in which you are supported to release tension, emotions, and old patterns in a way that is safe, grounded, and deeply held.

Not a standard session, but a profound inner journey.

The afternoon is structured in three layers, each deepening the experience:

🫖 Blue Lotus Ceremony
We open the space with a gentle ceremony and intention setting.
A moment to arrive, slow down, and open your system.

🥁 Shamanic Drum Journey
Live drumming guides you into deeper layers of awareness.
Rhythm becomes a gateway to release, movement, and inner activation.

🌬️ Deep Trauma Release Breathwork
A powerful breath journey where stored tension and emotions are given space to release.
Your body knows exactly what it is ready to let go of, you are simply invited to follow.

• seek calm, regulation, and clarity
• are open to inner work and transformation

We intentionally work with a small group of maximum 8 participants
to ensure safety, personal attention, and depth.


🤍 Integration

After the session, there is space to rest, enjoy tea, and share your experience (optional).
You will also receive practical tools to support your integration at home.

This session is not suitable if you have:
• pregnancy
• epilepsy
• serious heart conditions
• severe psychological instability
