Join us for a 90-minute Kundalini Yoga experience where movement, breath, music, meditation, and immersive visuals come together in a unique 360° space.

As spring unfolds, energy begins to rise and shift, bringing both expansion and intensity. You may feel more driven and open, yet also more sensitive or mentally drained. This class is designed to help you move with that momentum, rather than fight against it.

Set inside Vincent Hall & Waveflow Yoga, and led by Lluisa Fabregas, we work with a Kundalini Kriya to Balance the Aura, strengthening your energetic field so you can hold more energy with ease, clarity, and emotional balance.

The practice combines dynamic movement, breathwork, meditation and chanting to release pressure, create flow, and support a sense of grounded expansion. Surrounded by visuals and sound, this becomes more than a class but a fully immersive experience that helps you drop out of the mind and into the present moment.
