A moving meditation between the masculine and the feminine

Tantric Dance is a dance between the masculine and feminine energies.
The polarities become beautifully visible, where the masculine leads and the feminine follows.
The follower wears a blindfold, moving in full surrender to the masculine guidance.

By working with these polarities, you step into a moving meditation — one that allows you to feel, on a deep level, what is present in other layers of your life.
It’s an opportunity to feel deeply through the safe and loving presence of another.

How is it to hold space?
How is it to be held?
Are you comfortable leading — or does it feel easier to let go of control?

During this dance, you explore both aspects within yourself, inside a field of safety and authenticity.
It’s not about performing or doing it “right”, but about feeling what is true in the moment.

Many feelings and themes may arise — offering you new insights and helping you see your life with fresh eyes.
