Join us for Sunday Sensing, a gentle forest walk where we explore the vitality of nature through our own bodies and senses. This is a slow, mindful experience of pure presence.

We meet at the Restaurant De Bosbaan and walk into the forest together. Bring a blanket to sit on.

Together we will wander through the forest and tune into the subtle intelligence that exists in nature and within ourselves. Through simple sensory invitations, moments of quiet awareness, and shared presence, we allow our nervous systems to settle and our hearts to open.

When we bring our attention to the heart-field and expand to the living landscape around us, something beautiful happens. Separation softens. Connection deepens. We begin to feel the quiet coherence that exists between people, plants, animals, and the wider field of life.
