Step into a space to slow down and rest. In this fast-paced life, we often forget that sometimes the best thing we can do for ourselves is nothing at all.
When we give ourselves space to truly stop, our nervous systems can soften and release what they've been holding onto — like the unclenching of a fist.
We often think we're resting when we binge-watch series or scroll endlessly. But that isn't true rest — it's still consumption. It may allow the body to pause, but it keeps the mind distracted and the nervous system active. Over time, a constantly activated nervous system places real stress on the body, and can quietly lead to exhaustion without a clear cause, burnout, chronic illness, or anxiety.
In this journey, we offer you the opportunity not just to slow down, but to deeply reset. The truffles — a natural medicine — help soften the thinking mind that keeps us in a state of alertness, and gently open us to feel and receive. Through conscious breath, you'll bring awareness into your body and connect more deeply with yourself. The live music and soundscapes create a container of calm, so you can stay present with whatever arises and let your system process what's alive in you.
By weaving these three elements together, we — Marleen and Noah — hold a gentle, supportive space for a deeply nourishing journey for mind, body, and soul. A space to find the balance between acceptance and letting go, and to nurture the inner peace that's already within you.

Noah is a musician, sound healer, and trained coach and counsellor. Through music and mindful presence, he creates a sonic space that guides people inward — to explore themselves deeply and reconnect with who they truly are. He then supports the integration process, helping people make sense of their inner experience and bring their discoveries back into daily life.

Marleen is a breathwork facilitator and holistic coach with a background in cardiology. She is passionate about women's health and wellbeing, and runs her own programmes supporting and empowering women in reconnecting with their natural rhythm and cycle.

🍄 About microdosing
We use high-quality truffles grown locally here in the Netherlands. During the journey, we'll share a microdose in tea form — when prepared this way, the effects typically last around 2–3 hours, which suits the flow of the ceremony well. Truffles are entirely natural — nothing synthetic or chemical.
