Let's take a sacred pause and return to the sacred garden of our soul. A mini- Sunday retreat to root in love, slowdown, soften, recharge and move slowly. Slow enough to Feel. Still enough to listen. In the midst of the big energetic shifts, the noise, the chaos the world and the fiery yang energy of the fire horse. Let us reconnect with our divine feminine Yin energy and raise our vibrations. It is our heart essence that raises the energetic vibrancy of Peace, Hope and Love.

A selfcare Sunday to slowdown, unwind and refuel the soul. Gently softning and surrendering, no forcing. A soft yin yoga practice followed by a soothing xl savasana soundbath, to restore, rebalance, realign and relax the nervous system.
