New Moon Sound Healing Ritual

We warmly invite you to our monthly New Moon Ritual. Supported by our new moon herbal tea blend, we create a moment of reflection and intention setting. Through journaling prompts and guided visualization meditation, you may plant a seed within that can sprout during the soundhealing journey.


The Sound Healing session offers a space to rest deeply and receive. While lying down or sitting comfortably, you’ll be guided into a meditative state through healing sound vibrations. The magical handpan, voice and other sound healing instruments are used to support relaxation and inner listening.

Sound works directly on the nervous system and can help calm the mind, release stored tension, restore a sense of balance and support with connecting to higher levels of consciousness. You’re invited to simply be with the sounds, allowing them to wash over you without effort or expectation.

Facilitators:

The sessions are guided by Vera Capou and Emre Veçhi. They are both yoga teachers, sound healers and musicians. Véra focuses on intuitive singing and voice liberation. Emre works with self-healing through handpan and rhythm.



How to prepare?

Make sure you wear comfortable clothing. We have blankets for you!
We recommend to eat food that is easy to digest such as fruits and vegetables and avoid drinking coffee or other stimulants before the ritual to keep the body and mind light for a deeper journey inwards.

Don't forget to bring your journal or a notebook and pen!
