Step into a space to slow down, breathe, listen deeply, and nourish yourself.
In this fast‑paced life, we often forget that sometimes the best thing we can do for ourselves is nothing at all. When we give ourselves space to stop and rest, our nervous systems can let go of what they’ve been holding onto... like unclenching a fist. Often, we think we’re resting by binge‑watching series or scrolling endlessly. But that isn’t true rest, it’s still consumption. While it may allow the body to pause, it keeps the nervous system active. A constantly activated nervous system can place a lot of stress on the body and may lead to exhaustion without a clear cause, chronic illness, burnout, or anxiety, to name a few.
In this journey, we offer you the opportunity not only to slow down, but to deeply reset your nervous system. By consciously using the breath, you’ll bring somatic awareness to your body and release stress that no longer serves you. The live music and soundscapes, improvised in the moment, are created with the intention of helping you shift into a calm, present state with whatever arises. The truffles, a natural medicine, help soften the prefrontal cortex, the thinking part of the mind that can keep us in a state of alertness.
By blending these three elements together, we (Marleen and Noah) create a gentle, supportive space for a deeply nourishing journey for mind, body, and soul. We are both trained and certified trauma‑aware facilitators and take your wellbeing and safety seriously.

🙋🏻♂️ Noah is a musician and trauma‑sensitive facilitator who guides people on journeys of self-discovery and healing. Through music, mindfulness, and gentle guidance, he helps create a safe space where you can reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves you, and leave with a sense of clarity and self-love.

🙋🏼♀️ Marleen is a certified breathwork facilitator, a holistic healthcare coach, and an experienced cardio nurse. She is especially passionate about women’s health and runs her own programmes supporting women in finding their natural rhythm within their cycles.

🍄🟫 About microdosing
We use high‑quality truffles grown locally in the Netherlands. During the journey, we’ll share a microdose of truffles in tea form. When prepared this way, the effects typically last around 2–3 hours, which suits the flow of the ceremony well. Truffles are fully natural, nothing synthetic or chemical about them.
