DRIVEN BY THE HEART - Kundalini Workshop

Over dit evenement

2026 arrives with Fire Horse energy. This is a rare energetic cycle associated with speed, drive, independence, and decisive movement. Fire Horse years tend to accelerate everything: ideas, opportunities, emotions, as well as pressure..

This momentum can be powerful, but if unmanaged, it often leads to overextension, nervous system overload, and burnout.

This Kundalini Workshop is designed to help you meet the Fire Horse year consciously, grounding it.

Through movement, breathwork, mantra, we create the internal conditions to:

* stay focused while things move quickly
* act with clarity instead of reactivity
* build stamina, not exhaustion
* lead from the heart, not from pressure
