LEAP stand for Life Force Energy Awakening Process.
✨LEAP is a direct transmission of life energy that naturally activates a deep inner awakening—often recognized as a kundalini awakening.
It’s a powerful, transformative experience that gently guides you beyond conditioned patterns, leading you toward a more authentic, aware, and meaningful existence.
Kundalini is the name given to the divine, creative life energy that resides in each of us—but often lies dormant. Through LEAP, this energy is awakened effortlessly and without voluntary techniques, through a natural energetic exposure that:
- Rewires and rebalances the central nervous system
- Increases inner awareness and sensitivity
- Supports deep healing and lasting transformation
As it is a transmission of the vital energy everyones has within, this means that is leaded by a natural and intuitive energetic process that won’t shock your system in any way. Why not? Because our body and the energy within it has an incredibly high intelligence that will make us do and handle only what our system needs in that moment, no less, no more.

Rooted in the science of vibration, LEAP works by affecting brainwave states and internal processes. It helps dissolve energetic blocks and mental patterns formed through trauma or deeply rooted conditioning.
Each session is unique and guided by the intelligence of the energy itself—bringing forth only what you are ready to receive, in full respect of your timing and inner capacity.

Since it is a clearing process this means that it will brings things to the surface you’d rather not see feel or experience and the only thing asked is to go through it in this space of deep trust for a release of tension and blockages to happen. So that a beautiful and exciting birth of something new and more fulfilling happens.

Serena loves authentic sharing and everything that comes from being present, open, alive.
She will gently guide you in a profound process of healing & transformation; a process of returning home: to your truest self, and to the innate wisdom that has always inhabited your body and soul.
✨Some practical information before the session ✨
Please bring your water bottle if you want to. Warm tea and organic snack and fruit will be served after the session.
There will be extra mat, blanket and pillows at the studio but please feel free to bring your own if preferred. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing for the session!
Ideally arrive with an empty stomach (don’t eat too much about 1.5-2 hours before the session starts).
