Feel, Express, Flow and Let Go 🦋 Dance Your Dance of Life!

Ecstatic Dance à la LALOLI: met een groep van maximaal twintig deelnemers ervaar jij alle ruimte om de bewegingen te maken die jij voelt en tot expressie mogen komen. De muziek die Anneminke speciaal voor deze avond heeft samengesteld neemt je mee op reis door je lijf en emoties, waarbij we verdriet mogen ervaren, boosheid er uit mogen dansen, liefdevol met onszelf mogen omgaan en onze passie en plezier mogen delen met elkaar. Een laagdrempelige en liefdevolle avond voor jezelf waarbij je je maskers mag laten vallen en gewoon mag zijn wie je bent.

Guidelines: we dansen op blote voeten/sokken, in woordstilte, met respect voor elkaar en als puur natuur.

20.00 uur - opening cirkel & warming up (deur dicht)
20.30 uur - start dansreis
22.00 uur - closing circle & lounge met thee & lekkers

📍 LOCATIE
LALOLI is gelegen aan de rand van het centrum van Delft, naast de Hortus Botanicus. Adres: Julianalaan 67A, 2628 BC Delft. Het betreft het gebouw waar VPS op staat (bruine deur, links aan de voorkant van het gebouw).

🚗 BEREIKBAARHEID EN PARKEREN
･ Gratis parkeren kan bij het gebouw of op parkeerplaats P6, Building 8 TU Delft, Faculteit Bouwkunde vanaf 18:00 uur (navigeer naar Zuidplantsoen 39, 2628 BZ Delft. De parkeerplaats is daarvan aan de overkant). Vanaf de parkeerplaats is het ca. 4 minuten lopen naar Julianalaan 67a.
･ Fietsen kunnen voor de ingang gestald worden. Kom je met een elektrische fiets? Neem je accu mee naar binnen.
･ Kom je met het OV? Neem bus 60 of 63: halte Botanische tuin (+1 minuut lopen). Of bus 50, 60, 62, 63, 69, 455: halte Michiel de Ruyterweg (+5 minuten lopen).

Ecstatic Dance à la LALOLI: with a group of up to twenty participants, you'll experience all the space you need to move and express yourself. The music Anneminke has composed especially for this evening will take you on a journey through your body and emotions. Music that allows us to experience sadness, dance out anger, treat ourselves with love, and share our passion and joy with each other. An accessible and loving evening for yourself where you can let go of your masks and simply be yourself.

Guidelines: we dance barefoot/socks, in silence, with respect for each other, and as pure nature.

📍 LOCATION
LALOLI is located on the edge of Delft city center, next to the Hortus Botanicus. Address: Julianalaan 67A, 2628 BC Delft. This is the building marked VPS (brown door, left at the front of the building).

🚗 ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKING
･ Free parking is available at the building or in parking lot P6, Building 8 TU Delft, Faculty of Architecture, from 6:00 PM (navigate to Zuidplantsoen 39, 2628 BZ Delft. The parking lot is across the street). From the parking lot, it's approximately a 4-minute walk to Julianalaan 67a.
･ Bicycles can be parked in front of the entrance. If you're coming with an electric bike, please bring your battery pack with you.
･ By public transport: Take bus 60 or 63: stop at the Botanische tuin (+1-minute walk). Or bus 50, 60, 62, 63, 69, or 455: stop at Michiel de Ruyterweg (+5-minute walk).
