Spring Rose Ceremony

Over dit evenement

As the earth reawakens, so does your inner garden.

This ceremony celebrates rebirth, renewal, and heart awakening. Guided by breath, rose aroma, and gentle Yin shapes that open the chest and shoulders, we create a soft space to land, feel, and reconnect.

We will move through a slow, Kundalini-inspired flow to awaken vitality, followed by a Yin sequence for heart expansion and emotional softness. During the ceremony, you will sip rose tea infused with spring herbs as you set your seasonal intentions and meditate on self-love, clarity, and the courage to bloom anew.
