Many of us are used to holding it all together, pushing through, or fixing things for others. This weekend is an invitation to pause that pattern, receive support, and see what happens when you stop doing what you always do. Whatever comes up, we meet it together. Speaking honestly and being met by other men creates something simple and rare: real brotherhood.

This workshop takes place at the Netherlands Institute of Core Energetics. It’s both a training institute and a living community of people engaged in personal work, just like you.

All bodies & ages, all forces & feelings, all boundaries are welcome.

About the Trainers
Klaus Stinshoff, MD

Coming from a background in surgery, where his work focused on removing what was diseased, he shifted in the late 1980s into psychotherapy, placing far greater emphasis on the healthy aspects and the inner potential of his clients. In his unique way, he supports men in opening up to their shadow with compassion and without judgment.

Through his guidance, destructive and negative patterns can be transformed into greater self-acceptance. Ultimately, he helps his clients expand their capacity to love.

Bouke Broeren
