Winter XL Yoga Practice

Dear woman,

I invite you all to join a beautiful yoga evening together. An evening where you take time for yourself, to slow down and relax. A moment to fully rest and digest. You can see it as a little gift to yourself in the middle of our cold white winter season.

Our evening will be filled with the winter theme: a moment in the year where it's natural to stay inside, literally and figuratively drawing your attention more inwards. A moment when the nature becomes still, we also connect to our stillness: in meditation and in yoga. Reflecting on our needs this winter, and maybe even looking forward to the next season ahead of us.

I believe seasonal living can help us maintain vibrancy and health throughout the entire year, and tuning into the seasons is one of the most intuitive and natural practices we can adopt from nature.

This event is for woman only and will be held in Dutch.
