Essence Embodiment

“Embody your most authentic Self”

Hello, my name is Melissa. I am deeply passionate about the embodiment of our most authentic selves. And therefore bringing healing, integration to the parts that have fallen out of alignment with the truth of our being. This is what I provide within my Essence Embodiment sessions.

During a session we connect in with your purest essence and invite that light, that is you, into your body. Through this process we become aware of the places where it’s difficult for you to ground into your body. These are places where energies are held like limiting beliefs, unprocessed emotions and traumas (from this or past lifetimes, ancestral). The places where we disassociate. In our session we will bring healing and integration using your own innate healing capabilities, which I will be guiding you to, to inhabit more of your body.

I created a process drawing from various teachings and my own intuitive guidance that I use in my own process of healing, re-aligning and embodying more and more my true self. Whilst discovering this process, the passion to share this and guide others into a remembering and embodying their truest self got deeply activated.

I would love to support you on this path, that we are all walking, into an awakened and authentic state. Expressing ourselves freely within this world and sharing the unique gifts we came here to share!

If you want to book a session on another day, in person or any other questions, please feel free to contact me!

With love,

Melissa
