An extended 2-hour workshop to return to your breath, your body, and your truth.

What if joy and freedom don’t come from chasing more…
but from honestly meeting what’s already here?

In this soft and powerful session, we explore three deceptively simple
questions:
💛 Am I feeling happy?
💛 Do I feel free?
💛 Am I being loving toward myself?

We’ll breathe, reflect, and slow down enough to hear the honest answers, not from the mind, but from the body.

You’ll learn to feel the difference between truth and tension, between holding on and letting go.

This is not a workshop to fix yourself.
It’s a moment to listen.
To soften.
To come home.

Expect grounding breath, gentle awareness, and honest sharing, all at your own pace.
No pressure. Just presence.

🕓 Arrival & Welcome: 13:45–14:00 (no late entry possible)
💛14:00–16:00 | XL Workshop: Free & Happy – Coming Home to Yourself
🧘‍♀️ Experience level: All welcome
🕰 Duration: 2 hours
🚧 Please anticipate traffic and public transport delays.

📍 Location: Sint Laurentiuskerk, Blomstraat 36, 1382 AJ Weesp/Amsterdam.

Public transport
Weesp station is a 6–10 minute walk from the venue.
Trains from Amsterdam Central and Amsterdam Muiderpoort take 10–15 minutes and run frequently.
From Amsterdam, you can also travel via metro to Diemen-Zuid or Duivendrecht and transfer to the train to Weesp, one stop.

Parking
Paid street parking is available in the historic center and usually easy to find.
Rate €1.20 per hour.
Monday–Friday 10:00–20:00, Saturday 10:00–17:00, Sunday free.

Free parking is available within a 5–10 minute walk.
First 1.5 hours free parking at Albert Heijn or Vomar Achtergracht, entrance via Groeneweg.
