SACRED PAUSE: A Women’s Truffle & Sound Ceremony in Amsterdam

Over dit evenement

You nurture everyone but yourself. You meet deadlines, hold space, and keep going — but the quiet truth is, you’re running on empty. What if your next step wasn’t forward, but inward?

SACRED PAUSE is a one-day, trauma-informed women’s ceremony in Amsterdam that honours rest and welcomes all expressions. Guided by truffle medicine and therapeutic sound, this is a sanctuary designed not for escape, but for homecoming — to your body, your breath, and the quiet wisdom that speaks to you from within.

Are you feeling drained, in transition, or longing to reconnect with yourself?

Do you crave a safe, supportive space for women where you can simply be?

Are you seeking to explore truffle medicine in a safe, embodied, heart-guided setting?
