There are moments in life when clarity arrives softly - not as an answer, but as a feeling.
A knowing that lives behind the eyes, in the quiet places we rarely pause to meet. ✨


This session invites you into the realm of the ocular belt of tension: the space of vision, perception, and the way we witness ourselves and the world.
Here, we explore what it means to truly see and to allow ourselves to be seen.


Through breathwork, subtle movement, and somatic bodywork around the eyes, forehead, and head, we soften the patterns that cloud our inner and outer vision:
the overthinking, the hypervigilance, the self-criticism, the habit of looking outward for affirmation.


This session supports you to:

✨ Bring softness to the eyes and release mental tension
✨ See yourself with more honesty and compassion
✨ Meet the parts of you that have stayed hidden
✨ Let go of the pressure to “watch for danger” or overanalyze
✨ Feel safe being witnessed by others
✨ Reconnect with intuitive vision rather than mental evaluation


What we’ll explore:

A deep, conscious breathwork journey (BBTRS®) focused on the ocular belt, combined with movement, sound, and practices that open your perceptive field.
An invitation to let your seeing become softer, truer, and more embodied.


The session is conducted fully in English.
All genders are welcome.


Please note: Breathwork is powerful work and it might not be suitable for everyone.
Contraindications include: severe asthma, severe heart conditions or arrhythmia, vascular disease, pregnancy, severe mental illnesses (e.g. bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis), epilepsy, acute injuries, recent major surgery, or severe diabetes.
