This opening session invites you to begin 2026 with intention, clarity, and presence.
A moment to slow down, listen inward, and consciously set the tone for the months ahead.


Through breathwork, movement, somatic awareness, and guided reflection, we create space for what wants to rise and lovingly release what no longer fits.
Not through pressure or resolutions, but through the honesty of your own body.


This session supports you to:

✨ Arrive into the new year from a place of awareness and self-connection
✨ Clarify what you truly want to invite into your life
✨ Release old emotional tension or narratives
✨ Reconnect with your inner voice and intuition
✨ Start the year with softness instead of striving
✨ Feel spacious, aligned, and ready for what’s next


What we’ll explore:

A deep, conscious breathwork journey (BBTRS®) supported by movement, sound, bodywork and intuitive reflection.
An opportunity to meet yourself as you are and set intentions that feel embodied rather than forced.


The session is conducted fully in English.
All genders are welcome.


Please note: Breathwork is powerful work and it might not be suitable for everyone.
Contraindications include: severe asthma, severe heart conditions or arrhythmia, vascular disease, pregnancy, severe mental illnesses (e.g. bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis), epilepsy, acute injuries, recent major surgery, or severe diabetes.
