A Yin Yoga immersive for your Embodied Healing.
This an offering from my heart to yours, a space created where all of you is welcome, where you will to be guided and held in tender care, to reconnect with your true self, your body and the wisdom it holds.
Bring something to this gathering that you would like to shift in your life, like to bring healing to.
Held by the most loving and nourishing poses of Yin Yoga, we will create a safe nest and gently open the body, for you to journey into your depths. I will guide you to connect with the root cause of why you are experiencing that thing, you would like to shift within your life. By accessing the wisdom of your body. The body remembers what the mind forgets. I will guide you how to feel through the emotions that have been stored within the body because of that experience. Re-connecting you with your own healing capabilities. Releasing the emotions by feeling through them, creating space, for you to embody deeper. Then we will connect to your higher vision and I will guide you to embody that version of self, your true self.
What to bring 🤍
- Comfy clothes, cozy socks
- Journal and a pen
- Any item you feel called to bring that brings you comfort
All Yoga-equipments will be available, as well as tea and healthy snacks.
