Come flow with us this Sunday morning as DJ on a musical journey.
PRACTICALITIES:
10:30 Doors open, change, relax and get to know the space.
11:00 Start opening session with embodiment exercises - please be on time!
- Ecstatic Dance with DJ
- Live music
- Closing circle
- Chill out with nourishing snacks. Optional soup and sourdough lunch (buy an additional ticket + bring your own bowl + cutlery!)
14:30 Time to say your goodbyes and we tidy up the space for closing
- During the dance there will be water and tea provided (please bring your own bottle!)
- Wear comfortable clothes to move freely in
- We encourage you to join from the whole experience, please aim to be on time
- Space holders are present if there is anything you need
- Bring earplugs if you feel you are (more) sensitive to sound, it can get loud
- Our events are for human beings from the age of 18
- No refunds or rescheduling possible
- Please note that if an event is sold out, the only way to get a ticket still is through TicketSwap
WHAT MAKES THE DANCE 'ECSTATIC'?
An invitation to check in with yourself, to dance, move, enjoy yourself this Sunday morning!
Flow freely by expressing yourself through movement in a pure (without substances) and transforming way with respect to the people around you. The dance space is a phone-free and non-speaking area where we dance without shoes.
