Let me share a little about myself and what you can expect from this journey.
I’m Timea, a Certified Holistic Life & Purpose Coach, Spinal Energetics Practitioner, Sound Healer, and Soul Alchemy & Energy Mentor. My deepest calling is to help others reconnect with their authentic essence, release what no longer serves them, and realign their energy so they can live in harmony with their truth and purpose.
Through my work, I blend Spinal Energetics, sound healing, gentle breathwork, and somatic movement, slowly weaving in my Soul Embodiment Method™, a practice that awakens the body’s innate intelligence and restores the natural flow of energy through presence and movement.
Each session closes with a holistic group coaching and sharing circle, where we integrate the experience together. I also offer intuitive mentoring, tuning into energetic insights and guidance that often bring deep clarity for those who feel called to explore more.

🥁 !!!! Due to the nature of this work, there are certain CONTRAINDICATIONS involved, which are as follows.
-The first and final trimester of pregnancy, or during six months post party
-Children under the age of 12
-Elderly persons over the age of 75
-Diagnosed severe PTSD
-Severe mental health conditions(bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)
-Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries
-Epilepsy
-History or diagnosis of aneurysms
-Cardiovascular problems
-History of seizures
-Severe Asthma
-Heart disease
-Heart conditions
-Hospitalizations for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, or spiritual emergence within the past three years
-Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect their ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release
-Spinal Energetics practitioners cannot treat any person under the influence of any illicit substances or plant medicine.
