🌬️EXPLORATION IN MOVEMENT & VOICE

Our voice is a great source of power, but since infancy we're conditioned in repressing it.

"Be quiet"
"Don't be so loud"

Are just some of the sentences all of us heard thousands of times during our life and the worst is..many of us started beliving in it!

In this workshop you have a chance to re-explore your voice by yourself and with a small group of other human beings (12 max) with something in common:

the desire to regain our freedom!

This workshop is not about shouting, its an intimate discovery of who we really are through movement and vocal expression.

Do you feel excited? scared? triggered?

That's all good!

Come as you are, you'll leave with more clarity, and a feeling of inner connection.

We will tune into our bodies. Using movement, touch, voice to feel, be touched, be seen and heard, wherever you are. All body’s welcome.

🙋‍♀️ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

I'm Maze, I've been working as a bodywork practitioner and massage therapist for many years, I discovered that working with the voice even brings me deeper into unknown territories of my feelings, without stories attached. Always interested in the connection between humans, communication and self awareness I now offer 1on1 voice liberation sessions and freestyle group sessions.
