🌿 About the Method
This workshop is based on the Eden Method — a practical, body-centered approach to energy medicine taught internationally for over three decades. All techniques are gentle, accessible, and safe for beginners.
I am a certified practitioner of the Eden Method, trained through a two-year professional certification program focused on working with the body’s energy systems.
