Life is busy. Touch has the power to bring us back home. A hand on the shoulder to say “I’m here”. A gentle touch that helps us to feel again, come back to the present, welcome yourself, nourish your body.

This workshop is a guided space to :

We’ll combine authentic relating and consent games:
Authentic Relating helps you notice your thoughts, reveal what’s alive, and feel truly seen.

Consent Games teach you how to sense your “yes,” your “no,” and how to honor others’ boundaries with clarity and care.

You’ll walk away with practical skills, more self-trust, and the joy of playful, safe human connection.

💠 Small group, deep work: I only work with a maximum of 10 participants. Each workshop is tailor-made, based on the needs I scan in the group. This ensures a high-quality, transformative experience—so while the price may feel higher than average, it reflects the depth of care, personal attention, and transformation you’ll receive.
