About us:

Deisy Vanegas coming from Colombia , she has several years of experience working with Reiki Healing Energy , now as a Reiki Teacher and also facilitates Circles to connect with the Sacred Medicine of Cacao based on the Mayan Tradition. According to her, the way to get back home is through the connection with our hearts. Sacred medicines such as Cacao provide guidance and support in this path. One of her missions is to pass on this ancient knowledge of serving to the medicine of Cacao in the traditional way as she has been taught by Mayan elders and teachers of her community back in South America.

Eric Broere has his own singing bowl treatment practice in Hilversum known as "De Helende Klank". He uses his singing bowls to give massages and contributes to soundhealing sessions to bring you closer to yourself and your true essence. With his practice he wants to support people in their path to relaxation and healing. When our minds are quiet and the soul is in peace, we can find our direction in the path of life. Join us in unity as we offer a safe loving space where you can experience getting back to balance with the medicine of Sacred Cacao together with Sound Healing. Becoming one from your own individual journey.
A full experience of self nurture and self care-reflexion ,amplified by sharing space in community. Opening you consciousness to the collective while being deeply connected to your heart.

Following the Mayan tradition of ceremonial Cacao, in this circle you will be guided to connect with the spirit of the medicine to immerse yourself in the magical healing power of opening your heart to heal from the energy of unconditional love.

During this session there will be also room for silence to listen to the messages of your heart while meditating with healing sounds. The effect of Cacao can be also enhanced with the Sounds of the singing bowls and the gong for a higher understanding of yourself in this moment of your life.

We start by grounding ourselves with a relaxing guided meditation to land completely at the space. Then we will drink ceremonial Cacao from Mayan lands in Mexico and set an intention for the session.

Then later on you will be immersed in a relaxing sound healing inner journey. Deisy uses her voice , drums, rattles and singing "cantos" to Cacao to guide you on the connection with the Spirit of the medicine, but also explains you about the Mayan tradition linaje from where she learned the past years. Then Eric will guide you into a magical journey within to deepen the connect on using singing bowls, the Gong, and Koshi chimes harmoniously, regenerating your energy and raising your vibration as individual but also of the whole group.

Everything is welcome. Whether you allow something, let go or enjoy the moment. Deisy will be also for support during sound session. Where necessary she can help you with Reiki healing / re-balancing as well.

After this wonderful experience there is tea and something sweet. We end in softness, love and stillness so that the workings of the journey can continue even few days after the session.
