Workshop: Standing on Nails — The Art of Presence and Inner Healing
Join us for a transformative journey of grounding, healing, and self-connection through the ancient practice of standing on nails — the Sadhu board.
This powerful ritual invites you to meet yourself in the present moment. By standing barefoot on a bed of nails, you connect deeply with your core essence and release old pain, limiting beliefs, and emotional patterns that no longer serve you. What may seem like a challenge for the body becomes an awakening for the spirit.
Through conscious breathing, guided meditation, and gentle support, you will learn to surrender into stillness, allowing your energy to ground into the earth beneath you.
The Sadhu practice helps to:

● Activate grounding energy and connection to the present moment
● Regulate and balance the nervous system through mindful breathing and deep relaxation
