In this two part ceramic workshop at the old Tetterode building, Amsterdam Oud-West, we will use our imagination and create our own fantastical creatures or other miraculous creations out of ceramic clay. (Good halloween activity!) You can come with your own ideas and I will guide you through the materials. (If you are out of ideas, I'm happy to give you some suggestions!) Your collection will be fired, and two weeks later we will come together again for the second part of the workshop: glazing!
I have a large assortment of different ceramic glazes to choose from.

Working with clay is extremely grounding and community building. Your imagination is the limit when it comes to working with this medium!

The workshop is hosted by Iekeliene Stange (aka Splitter Splatter) and will be at her cosy studio in Amsterdam. Oud-West

Two evenings:
Thursday 30th October Clay workshop 19:00-21:30
Thursday 13th November Glaze workshop 19:00-21:30

Contribution €80
This includes all clay, glazes, multiple firings and complimentary cups of tea and cookies ♥
